1. Return Period
- You must notify us of your return request within 3 (three) days after receiving the product.
- Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.
2. Return Conditions
Returns are accepted only if:
- The product is unused,
- In its original packaging,
- All tags intact, and
- Undamaged.
Products that have been used, altered, personalized, or have missing tags cannot be returned.
3. Return Process
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery via email at ganuleather@gmail.com or WhatsApp.
- After approval, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.
- Once the returned product is received, it will undergo quality inspection.
- If the product meets the return conditions, your payment will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- Additional customs or international shipping fees may apply and are also the customer's responsibility.
5. Exchanges
- We do not offer direct product exchanges at this time.
- To exchange, please return the original product and place a new order for the desired item.
